Finally the long awaited competition is over and we have winners for each category.

Here comes our winners.

Edaki Timothy is the winner of the poetry category.

Edaki Timothy is an undergraduate Mass Comnication student of the University of Benin, Nigeria.

He is a writer, poet, thriller lover, avid reader, book enthusiast and a deep thinker. His greatest fear is wooing a lady for a relationship.(Smiles).

Few words from Edaki Timothy

When I saw the advert for the competition on Facebook, I was quite indifferent to submitting for it. Not until a friend sent the picture to me on Whatsapp and insisted I entered for it.

I obliged her request and just crafted a few lines then sent to the email. Truthfully, I didn’t expect to win because of the voting thing. I’ve never been a big fan of voting.

All the same, I am ecstatic, elated, happy, overjoyed to be the winner of this contest. What other synonyms can I use to describe this feeling?

Thank you Precious Pen for this and to all who voted for me, thank you.

I am most grateful. This is just the genesis of greater things to come.

Thank you.

Kudabo Victory is the winner of Short Story Category.

My name is KUDABO VICTORY .O. born on 28th October into the family of Engr(Dr) and Mrs Kudabo. I started writing at a very young age, that’s 6 years of age to be precised and I literally love writing.
Me winning this competition is like a dream come true. Ever since I became serious in writing, never for once have I engaged in a contest, to say this is my first and starting on a good note tells me that I can definitely win more competitions in the future, this is just the beginning.

More words from Kudabo Victory
